Dear The World, Let's Help Stress

Dear Everyone,

Remember that when you're stressed, the best treatment is to walk away for a minute and take a deep breathe. It's easier to work when you're more relaxed, because we all know the feeling of 'every thing going wrong' when you're stressed. And keep your chin up: Whatever you're stressed over must be worth it, even a little bit, if you are thinking about it so much.
